The Fair itself will be held at Parmalee on March 2nd and 3rd. Display boards are ordered and will be available in the office at a later time (TBA).

Monday, Jan. 17th Registration opens
Friday, Feb. 18th Registration closes
Tuesday, Mar. 1st 5-8pm, project check-in
Wednesday, Mar. 2nd 8-10am, project check-in
10am-6pm, judging and ribbon placement
Thursday, Mar. 3rd 8-9am parent viewing (DO NOT take projects home)
9am-3:30pm, student/classroom viewing
3:30-7pm, parent viewing and project take down
ATTN: Parents - please DO NOT take Division II (2nd and 3rd grade) and Division III (4th and 5th grade) 1st place winning projects home. Division II and Division III projects will be taken down by the S&E Fair coordinators so they can be taken to the Mountain Area Science and Engineering Fair to represent Parmalee Elementary.
All other projects and all of Division I (K and 1st grade) projects need to be taken down/home Thursday, Mar. 3rd after school. Please make prior arrangements if unable to take your child’s project home after school on Mar. 3rd.
